Getting budget and cost of your project in line with your wants and needs. Adding to or eliminating to make the budget work.

4. Contracts
A signed explained contract on what we are building.

5. The Build
Scheduling and outlining the building time and process. Timeline of pricing out products, colours, and decision making.

6. Delivery
Your new Tarion warranted home. Going over the workings of your new home. Getting all trades, contact information for your convenience.
